Refund and Returns Policy

Lino Skate Shop will accept returns considering following criteria are met:

  • Items are within original condition and packaging
  • Items are returned within 2 weeks of purchase

Once above criteria are met, the customers are allowed to do an exchange, given store credit to be used whenever they choose, or a full refund. 

Refund processes are made within 3-7 working days.

Please note:

  • Promo/Sale items are final and non returnable.
  • Lino Skate Shop is not liable to replace items that have been damaged after heavy usage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Gift cards can not be returned or refunded.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lino Skate Shop, 4 School Street, Platinum Junction Business Park Unit K137, Montague Gardens, 7442.

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R200, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
